From the original consignor of coffee, the company has developed into an internationally active company that is active in many more business areas than the traditional distribution of coffee. Over the years, Tchibo has consistently expanded its range of products and its distribution channels, and its strong brands ensure variety and quality worldwide.
Surprising, irresistible and of the highest quality
This sometimes still amazes even us. In view of the product range, many customers are certainly wondering what Tchibo actually does NOT have. After all, in addition to coffee specialties, travel and mobile phone contracts, we also sell fashion and technology. Simply surprising, of the highest quality and always new.
But how does it all fit together? Quite simply, by taking an interest in what our customers love and don’t (yet) have. Anything that is surprisingly enjoyable. Everything irresistibly beautiful. Anything that is pleasantly manageable. In doing so, we rely as much on market analyses as on the statements and wishes of our customers on site in the branches, depots and coffee bars.
